MEET OUR GROOMERS
Virginia has 20 years of grooming experience and animal care. Previously she worked in a veterinary clinic as a groomer and vet assistant for 12 years. She had her own home-based groom shop in Kansas for eight years. Then in February, 2020, she and her husband Shane moved from Kansas to settle here in Arizona. They have five children and eight grand kids, as well as three dogs of their own, three grand cats, three grand dogs, and one grand turtle. She has a great love for her family and a life-long love of animals.
She strives to make the grooming experience as stress-free as possible for both pets and parents. She also believes it is a must to have a lot of patience and trust, as well as the ability to read an animal's body language. She’s very reliable, compassionate, patient, trustworthy and personable. She believes in building a relationship with the pets and their owners.
Kim has been a dog groomer for about 30 years, since attending grooming school in 1990. Prior to her schooling she learned Junior Showmanship (also known as Junior Handling) with her parents as they showed Borzoi dogs. While she enjoys Showmanship, her grooming experience has been equally rewarding.
Her favorite grooming breeds are Poodle, Lhasa, Yorkie, and Shih Tzu (but really, she likes all dog breeds).
Cathy has 40 years of grooming experience. She attended a grooming school in Phoenix in 1980 and has been making pets and their pet parents happy ever since!
If she looks familiar, that's because you may have seen her work in Sun City as a groomer at a local pet store.
Cathy and her husband John have two children and two grandkids, and call Sun City their home.
Her favorite dogs to groom are Poodles and Bischons.
Alexis has been grooming for four years now and has spent that time treating her pet parents as family. She works actively to ensure all of her clients and pets are happy, safe, and comfortable!
Alexis, her boyfriend Ryan, and her four fur children live a short jaunt away in Glendale. She has a Border Collie mix named Fox, a Shepherd mix named Piper, and a Jack Russel Terrier mix named Winnie, along with a tortoiseshell cat named Alli.
Her favorite breeds to groom are Schnauzers and Border Collies, although a lot of poodle cuts with the short faces and feet hold a special place in her heart!
Kristin started her grooming career 10 years ago and has loved it ever since. She loves the friendship with people and pets that grooming brings, and making people smile always makes her day!
Currently residing in the Glendale/Phoenix area, Kristin lives with her husband (Tony). With them live their two Schipperkes (Illidan and Maiev) and their three cats (Little Guy, Nerys, and Ezri). The cats were all rescues found abandoned with faces she just could not say no to. One day she hopes to own a Sphinx.
Kristin’s favorite dogs to groom are Pugs, French Bulldogs, and Terriers of all types. Not only a dog groomer, she absolutely adores grooming cats and considers herself more of a cat person.
